Confidente.ai allows users to create and interact with custom chatbot personas. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Use of the Services by individuals under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. Any accounts found to be created or used by individuals under the age of 18 will be terminated immediately. Additionally, any mention, representation, or simulation involving children within the chatbot personas or interactions is strictly forbidden. Violation of this rule will result in immediate account termination and potential reporting to the appropriate authorities.

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of our Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

When you create or interact with chatbot personas, you generate content ("User Generated Content"). By submitting User Generated Content, you represent and warrant that:

• The content does not involve, depict, or refer to children in any way;
• The content does not impersonate, reference, or depict real individuals, living or deceased;
• The content is original and does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others;
• The content complies with all applicable laws and these Terms.

We reserve the right to remove any User Generated Content that violates these rules and to terminate the accounts of users responsible for such violations.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation;
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services;
• Use the Services for the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm others;
• Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful;
• Create or interact with chatbot personas that involve depictions or simulations of children or real individuals.

All content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and other intellectual property rights appearing on the Services are the property of Confidente or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any of our content without our prior written permission.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully to understand how we collect, use, and disclose information.

The Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or accuracy of the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Confidente and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
